Revolution fast base stick foundation VS 12 hr Shifts !

Hi Guys ! I am back with this amazing product to review from Revolution! The new foundation stick from Revolution retails at £5 !!!! Yes £5 !! which is amazing ! This stick is worth the value and is raved about from all beauty youtubers such as Sophdoesnails, Carmimua, Tammi Clarke, Sophie Louise, Stephanie Toms & Katie Eve ! Revolution makeup are amazing value and quality and one of my favourite makeup brands. When the stick foundation was launched I was very eager to try it out and was super excited! So I thought to give this foundation a good test I incorporated it into my everyday life which is nursing 12 hr shifts! See below my review and results ! 

I was super excited when my stick foundation arrived, luckily it arrived before my 12hr shift. So I decided to wear it for work to test how good and fast the application was, how long it would last on my face, to see the quality of the product and also if it was worth buying. So here is the review ! 

Application - The application was super fast and easy to apply (Perfect before a shift as I always wake up late and don't have time to apply a full face :P) It glided onto my skin making it look flawless. I chose the shade F1 the lights shade for my pale ass skin and it was a perfect match if something I could also try F2. I found that by using a blending sponge it gave me a flawless finish, but I also tried with a brush and kept seeing where the brush had been all over my face, so opted to use the sponge. I applied some of Revolution lace powder on top to keep it in place. I also used the bodyshop instablurr primer before applying the foundation. 

1 Hour after application - After an hour of wearing the foundation I could see no difference, n one of my blemishes could be seen, no creases, still looked flawless and was very lightweight. 

4 Hours after application - After 4 hours I had to powder my T-zone as it appeared very oily. The foundation besides the T-zone was still intact and looking good. Very impressed. 

8 hours after application - By 8 hours of my shift it got super busy and I felt myself sweating. Again I had to powder my T-zone as it was oily, something that I was expecting as I have a very oily T-zone. So I powdered and got back to work.

14 Hours after application - By 14 hours I was home and getting ready for my shower! Most of my foundation was still on my face, but around my nose, tip of my nose, between my eyebrows and chin was free from foundation. There was no foundation left on these areas due to sliding with oil. I definitely needed to powder more when using this foundation and use better primer. 

Overall I am very impressed with this foundation lasting the 12hr shift challenge as some foundations I own don't even last the 6 hrs.
